ClipCut Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

[01]Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using the ClipCut app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision set out herein, we recommend that you uninstall the app immediately.

[02]Description of the service

ClipCut is a utility tool for mobile devices that cuts, slices and splits the user's local video files in order to adapt them for posting on social networks such as Stories, Reels, TikTok and WhatsApp.

The service is provided “as is” and runs entirely on the local hardware of the user's device, with no involvement of external servers.

[03]Content ownership

The user retains all copyright and ownership rights over any videos or media imported, cut or exported through ClipCut. The app does not claim any ownership rights or license over your videos.

The user is solely responsible for the legality of the videos processed and for ensuring that they hold the rights necessary to use and share them.

[04]Limitation of liability

Although ClipCut is extensively tested to ensure high stability and fidelity in video export, the developers are not liable for any failures resulting from insufficient storage space on the device, incompatibility caused by corrupted video codecs, or the user force-closing the app during processing.
